Brewing Instructions
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Add 3 tablespoons of ground coffee (approximately 25 g) into a phin filter and lightly press the inner lid. |
| Step 2 | Pour 25 ml of hot water (90–95°C) into the filter and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then add another 50 ml of hot water and cover with the lid. |
| Step 3 | Allow the coffee to drip for 5–7 minutes. |
| Step 4 | Enjoy hot or iced. Add sugar or condensed milk as desired. |
