Step 1
Add 3 tablespoons of ground coffee (approximately 25 g) into a phin filter and lightly press the inner lid.
Step 2
Pour 25 ml of hot water (90–95°C) into the filter and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then add another 50 ml of hot water and cover with the lid.
Step 3
Allow the coffee to drip for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy hot or iced. Add sugar or condensed milk as desired.
